Impact Teens is a youth-focused initiative by Impact Initiative, created to equip teenagers with the mindset, knowledge, relationships and exposure they need to navigate today’s world with confidence and prepare for tomorrow.
We believe there is enormous potential in every young person.
Sometimes, what they need is the right environment, the right conversation, the right mentor—or simply someone who helps them see what is possible.
Impact Teens exists to create that environment.
Through conferences, workshops, mentorship, meaningful conversations and exposure to inspiring professionals and community leaders, we help young people believe in themselves, discover their strengths, make informed decisions and dream beyond the limitations they may see around them.
Growing up today comes with opportunities previous generations never had—but also new pressures. Young people are navigating social media, peer pressure, expectations at home and school, questions about identity, rapidly changing careers, artificial intelligence, money and uncertainty about their future. For immigrant and newcomer youth, there can also be the added challenge of navigating different cultures and expectations while trying to understand who they are and where they belong.
The Impact Teens Conference creates a positive and engaging environment where teenagers can have honest conversations about these realities while meeting people who can inspire them to think bigger about their lives. This isn’t another lecture. It’s a space to talk, ask questions, discover possibilities, connect and be inspired.

Career opportunities today go far beyond the traditional paths many young people already know.
