Impact Initiative grew from the vision behind Impact with DonRalph, a media platform created to share real conversations with people making a meaningful difference.
Through interviews and community stories, the platform highlighted individuals who were building businesses, advancing their careers, strengthening families, serving communities, growing in faith, and pursuing purpose.
These conversations revealed a deeper need.

This vision led to the creation of Impact Conference.
The conference became the live expression of the values and conversations championed through Impact with DonRalph. It brought together speakers, professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, community leaders, and individuals seeking clarity, confidence, growth, and connection.
Following the success of the conference, the vision expanded.
Impact Initiative was established as the umbrella platform that would house Impact Conference, FORGE and a growing range of programs designed for different audiences and needs.
